Vizcaino Group LLC ("Vizcaino Group," "we," "I," or "us") operates this website and provides luxury transportation, concierge, and operations services in South Florida. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices about that information.
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form on this website, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the service you're interested in, your message, and whether you opted in to occasional updates. When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Firebase) and analytics provider (Google Analytics) automatically collect technical information including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring source.
How we use it
We use your inquiry information solely to respond to your request, coordinate services if you become a client, and — if you opted in — to send occasional updates about availability, event windows, or service news. Technical information helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve it over time.
What we don't do
We do not sell your information. We do not share your contact details with marketing partners, data brokers, or third-party advertisers. We do not enroll you in mailing lists you didn't explicitly opt into. We do not use your information for purposes beyond what's described here.
Third-party services
This website uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to prevent spam and Google Analytics to understand site usage. Both services may set cookies and process certain technical data. Google's privacy practices are available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Data security
Inquiry form submissions are stored in Google Firebase Firestore with industry-standard encryption. Reply drafts and communications are handled through Google Workspace, which maintains its own security standards. We take reasonable measures to protect information but no system is perfectly secure.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, the effective date above will reflect the change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days following publication.
