These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the vizcainogrp.com website and any luxury transportation, concierge, or operations services provided by Vizcaino Group LLC ("Vizcaino Group," "we," "I," or "us"). By using this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Service availability

All services are offered subject to availability. Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a booking or guarantee of service. Services are confirmed only after a direct conversation and written confirmation (email, text, or signed agreement). Pricing, scheduling, and scope of work are set per engagement.

Transportation services

Vizcaino Group operates licensed and insured chauffeur services in South Florida. By engaging transportation services, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and that we maintain commercial liability insurance covering the vehicle and operator. Passengers are responsible for their own personal belongings during transportation. Cancellation policies, deposits, and refunds are set per engagement and communicated in writing in advance.

Concierge and operations services

Concierge services include property oversight, vehicle care, vendor coordination, project supervision, and luxury short-term rental management. By engaging these services, you authorize Vizcaino Group to perform agreed-upon work on your behalf, including reasonable on-site presence, vendor coordination, and decision-making within the scope you define. We do not assume ownership of, or liability for, pre-existing property conditions or work performed by third-party contractors. Scope, frequency, access protocols, and reporting cadence are set per engagement.

Property access and trust

For concierge services that involve property access, clients retain full ownership and control of their property at all times. Vizcaino Group accesses property only as authorized in writing. Keys, codes, and access information are maintained in secured records and used solely for agreed-upon work. We do not duplicate keys, share access information with third parties, or use property access for any purpose beyond the engagement.

Payment terms

Payment terms are set per engagement and communicated in writing in advance. Accepted methods may include credit card, ACH transfer, check, or other agreed methods. Deposits or retainers may be required for certain services. Late payment may incur reasonable fees as communicated.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by service type and timing. Specific policies are communicated at booking. Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice generally do not incur fees; last-minute cancellations may incur charges to cover preparation, scheduling, or operator costs already incurred.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizcaino Group's liability for any claim related to services provided is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Website use

All content on this website (text, images, design, branding) is the property of Vizcaino Group LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content for commercial purposes without written permission. You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, transmit malicious code, or attempt to interfere with site functionality.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if needed, through mediation or arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, before resorting to litigation.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Material changes affecting existing client engagements will be communicated directly.
